The owner of Lighthouse Mortgage Services, Inc. has substantial mortgage lending and real estate experience. The employees of Lighthouse Mortgage Services, Inc. have over 75 years of combined lending experience, while the owner have over 25 years of lending & real estate experience.

Vernon L. Morrison, President, started his lending career in 1984 and worked for three local banks before becoming an owner of Lighthouse Mortgage Services, Inc. in 1999. (vernon_morrison@LMSI.cc)

I believe that the "common sense" lending that was perfected in the Community Banking business over the years has quickly died in the Central Ohio market due to the numerous bank mergers. A primary goal at Lighthouse Mortgage Services is to find the lenders who will make these "common sense" loans and provide the customer with a solution to their lending needs.
